Pregnancy and postnatal massage are different from regular massage because it is modified week to week according to the postural and anatomical stresses that take place within the body. Through careful consultation,  potential problems can be addressed that may arise and remedied before the develop further.

Your therapist has a history in sports and therapeutic massage, so has knowledge of a wide range of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

Postnatal Mobile Massage Service

Due to popular demand, and an inability to get to appointments with a baby in tow, we offer a service by  visiting new Mums in the comfort of their home. You can then can have a postnatal recovery treatment, to alleviate areas of stress and pain postpartum, restore energy and boost mood.

The massage is particularly beneficial as most new mothers experience overuse of upper body and a strained neck from all the new motherhood duties.

Some mothers can also experience a challenging birth and a massage can help the mother to release the residual tension or work through any trauma they may have experienced.

The cost of 1 hour massage treatment is $100 for the inner city suburbs only.
The benefits are tremendous, from reducing muscle soreness to beating the blues and restoring wellbeing and energy postpartum.
